Dream Riders Board of Directors and Volunteers welcome you to a brand new year! We are so excited to start this year’s Therapeutic Riding Program! Our goal is that 2018 be filled with happy faces, joyful memories, and a fun-filled experience for everyone! This year riders have the option of riding in one or both 12 week sessions.
Fully complete, sign, and return the following forms along with your ride fees to, Kelly Flick, Dream Riders of Kentucky, P. O. Box 172, Philpot, KY 42366. Our sessions fill quickly and times will be assigned on a first come basis.
Rider portion of the tuition ($150 for 12 week session or $300 for 24 week session)
Dream Riders’ cost to provide a 12-week ride session is over $1,000.00 per rider. We ask each rider’s family to help offset this cost by paying a small percentage ($150.00 or $300.00 depending upon which riding option you choose). Any additional financial support you can give to Dream Riders of Kentucky, Inc would be greatly appreciated.
Dream Riders will seek scholarships for the remaining cost of the ride sessions. Checks should be made payable to Dream Riders of Kentucky, Inc. & returned with the new, completed 2018 forms. Any family wishing to pay for the entire cost is welcome to do so.
To ensure safety of our equine friends, Dream Riders has established a rider weight limit of 200 pounds. This weight limit will be strictly enforced and riders may be asked to weigh in before riding. For the safety of the riders helmet’s and closed-toe shoes are required. Long pants are recommended but long shorts may be worn when the weather is hot.
Please remember ride sessions will be scheduled on a first come basis and are based on availability for those who have their entire packet completed correctly and turned in with the rider fee.
